ScanBench
Models act as doctors in 303 simulated clinical cases from 12 departments. They take a history, order lab tests and give a final diagnosis, scored per stage.
The paper calls it OSCE-like and says the data will be open-sourced. Scores are given for Clinical Inquiry, Laboratory Testing and Diagnosis, with a human doctor baseline. Grader type not checked.

Baichuan-M3-235B leads with 73.8%
Best score per model as labs report them in their own cards. Labs pick their own settings, so these compare less cleanly than independent runs.

Scores over time
All the scores we have, one dot each, so a model tested at several settings appears more than once.
Labs headline it less often now, last in Jan 2026
Launch posts from every lab that has listed it, one tick per post. Tall colored ticks include it, and short gray ones leave it out.
