DeepTerminalBench

Claude Opus 4.7 34% leads since May 2026 Not in model cards

Agents get one attempt at each of 50 deep engineering tasks in Docker, in the Terminal-Bench 2.0 format. A task passes only if every hidden test passes. Tasks were calibrated so Claude Opus 4.6 still fails some at pass@4.

Runs on Harbor with the terminus-2 agent and a 90-minute limit per task. The first release covered 9 frontier models. Tasks span more than 20 engineering domains.
